New Skins

Overwatch 2 has now released worldwide, and Blizzard's latest entry into the series has improved in all aspects compared to it's original release.

With Overwatch's new season looming, players are making that one last push for their highest rank this season.

However, one aspect is also coming, and this comes in the form of a brand new hero players will be able to play.

Here's all we know!

Overwatch 2 Lifeweaver: Release Date, Abilities, Leaks and Everything We Know

With the current meta in Overwatch 2 being very focused on getting up close and personal with the other team, there's been a lack of diversity in terms of healers.

Yes, we've had the recently released Kiriko, but there's still a small number of healers compared to the rest. This is why the OW2 team has noted that the next two heroes are going to be Support.

Now, the Overwatch team has officially revealed, Lifeweaver, the latest hero to join the party, and the newest Support hero at that.

A fellow friend of Symmetra, this new healer has a wide array of abilities, and will be tricky to use at first.

Overwatch 2 Lifeweaver: Abilities

Thorn Volley – serves as an alternate primary fire that can kick out a respectable amount of damage to ward off aggressors.

Rejuvenating Dash – provides a small burst of passive healing to keep you alive while falling back or repositioning.

Parting Gift Passive – Triggers upon death and causes him to drop a healing item that can be picked up by heroes on both teams.

Tree Of Life Ultimate – Heals allies within the parameter for as long as it remains active. Can be placed anywhere on the map to disrupt sight lines and choke points.
